Bernard Mulder, MD, MBA


Bernard Mulder has more than two decades of experience in the life sciences industry. He worked for Organon for 12 years, of which he spent 10 years abroad in Asia, Europe and the USA. He held several medical, marketing, sales and managerial positions in the different countries. After returning to the Netherlands, he worked as Global VP Marketing, Sales and Business Development for Avantium Pharma. In 2011, Bernard co-founded Eagle Rock Life Sciences to support life sciences enterprises from early start-ups to mature companies (hands-on) and also invested in start-ups. Most recently, he worked for Boehringer Ingelheim for the medical department. Bernard earned his medical degree at Leiden University and his MBA from New York Institute of Technology.

Olaf Geurts


Olaf Geurts joined RegMed XB as Finance Manager in May 2021. After receiving his master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Maastricht University (1993), Olaf has worked in a number of finance roles in automotive and related industries. As a director of an automotive holding company he was responsible for Finance, HR and IT for the last 8 years prior to starting at RegMed XB.

Lena Wijnen, MSc., MSc.


Lena Wijnen is a Project Manager at RegMedXB. She obtained a research master in Epidemiology at the University of Utrecht and a master in Healthcare Policy, Innovation and Management at the university of Maastricht. She gained experience with different academic research topics during various internships in the Netherlands and abroad.

Mr. Sophie-Charlotte Snoeijs


Mr. Sophie-Charlotte Snoeijs is the Operations Manager for RegMed XB. She studied European and international law at the Radboud University and received her master of law degree at the Maastricht University with the main focus on business law. After years of experience in various legal fields in the Netherlands and Belgium she wanted to use her analytical and organize skills within a meaningful socially engaged job. Therefore, she is proud to be a member of the RegMed XB team and contribute to improving the life of patients.

Management Assistant: Claudia Linsen

Claudia Linsen


Claudia, as a senior Management Assistant, has gained a lot of experience in business over the last 20 years. Her early career roots lie in health care where she spent the first 20 years of her career providing care 'at the bedside' as a nurse and worked for several years in care for the deafblind. Her ambitions made her switch to business in combination with a retraining to become a Management Assistant. A good choice she never regretted. At RegMed XB, Claudia is responsible for the complete back office and with great joy she supports the management team at the Maastricht office. The developments within RegMed XB are promising and Claudia is happy to be part of this.
